The Police, Law Enforcement, Military, and so on, just to name a few, have all long had vehicles which are equipped with radar for detecting various things, so why not civilians in today's modern world?
What this is: A realistic resource implementing modern real life vehicle/car systems functions, specifically BSD (Blind Spot Detection), RCW (Rear Collision Warning), LCA (Lane Change Assist).

Forewarning, in case you don't already know with me: v0.x is typically a prototype (unfinished but stable enough) release. I felt good enough about this one to wanna just get it out there; it's been optimized a lot (as far as code efficiency goes), but it isn't yet perfect as far as how everything is meant to be. The detection systems overall however are complete for the most part fully, just some smaller stuff that needs to be rearranged or implemented or addressed.
